Our procedure and service fees are all-inclusive, covering all post-operative visits and enhancements for one year. Payment for elective procedures is due in full 48 hours before the time of service.

Location & Directions

Illinois Eye at Millennium Park is located at 30 N. Michigan Avenue between Washington and Madison Streets, across from Millennium Park.

Validated Parking

We provide parking validation for our patients in the Interpark Garage at 20 East Randolph St. (between Michigan and Wabash Avenues). Our clinic is one-and-a-half blocks south of Randolph on Michigan Avenue. While there are other parking options, we ONLY validate at the Wabash Randolph parking garage at 20 East Randolph St.

  1. Take Interstate 90/94 West
  2. Exit at Washington Street, heading East
